Zuno Terms of Service

Welcome to Zuno!

These Terms of Service (referred to as the “Terms”) set out the rules governing your use of our video-focused platform — a digital ecosystem where users can locate popular creator-uploaded video content, stream, share and explore all offerings at no cost — and form a legally binding contract between you and Zuno. By accessing or using any of our platform Services, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to comply with every clause outlined within these Terms. Should you disagree with any individual provision contained herein, you must refrain entirely from accessing or using our platform Services.

Important Preliminary Notice

This agreement includes a formal arbitration clause detailed in Section 18. Excluding narrow categories of specific dispute scenarios such as intellectual property infringement claims, both you and Zuno mutually agree to resolve all conflicts through binding arbitration proceedings, and both parties waive any legal right to initiate or participate in class-action litigation.

1. Eligibility for Platform Access

  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen years old to register a user account or access Zuno’s full suite of platform Services. Certain premium functional modules, if released in the future, may enforce a higher minimum age threshold, which will be clearly displayed upon initial access to that feature.
  • Legal Capacity Confirmation: By using Zuno’s platform offerings, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into enforceable binding contracts, comply with every provision within these Terms, and adhere to all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations.
  • Entity Representative Authorization: If you access Zuno on behalf of a commercial enterprise or government administrative body, you warrant that you hold full official authority to bind that entity to every clause outlined within these Terms.
  • Prohibition for Minors: Individuals younger than eighteen years old are strictly prohibited from registering accounts or using Zuno’s platform Services. We reserve full discretionary authority to permanently terminate accounts suspected of belonging to underage minor users without prior notice.

2. End User License

  • Personal Use License: Zuno grants you an individual, worldwide, royalty-free and non-transferable license to access and use all our platform Services — including discovering trending creator-submitted video material, streaming, sharing and browsing content — exclusively for their intended functional purposes. This license remains conditional on your full ongoing compliance with every provision within these Terms.
  • Automatic Software Updates: Our platform Services may automatically download and install software patch updates, such as bug fixes for video playback malfunctions and newly launched functional modules. You may adjust your mobile device’s native system settings to disable automatic update installation.
  • License Restrictions: Without formal written approval issued directly by Zuno’s administrative team, you may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or sublicense Zuno’s proprietary software code and full platform Services.

3. Content License Granted to Zuno

  • Ownership of User-Generated Content: Whenever you create, upload or share any media material — including video clips, public comment text, photographic imagery and written captions, collectively referred to as “Your Content” — you retain full legal ownership of all Your Content. However, you grant Zuno a worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license to host, securely store, display, stream, adjust formatting (such as optimizing video resolution to match varying device screen dimensions), and distribute Your Content. This license exists solely to support stable operation, ongoing maintenance and continuous functional improvement of our video-focused platform Services. One core use case is making your uploaded video creations accessible to other community users across the platform.
  • License for Public Content: For all media material you submit to public-facing platform modules such as trending video recommendation feeds and open public comment discussion threads, you grant Zuno a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license to publicly broadcast, display, reproduce and create derivative works based on that content. One concrete example is featuring your uploaded video within a curated “Top Viral Trending Content” compilation list. This licensing provision also permits the platform to display your full legal name and personal likeness associated with the relevant published content, without any requirement to provide additional monetary compensation to you as the creator.
  • Content Moderation Authority: Zuno reserves absolute discretionary authority to review, remove or modify any instance of Your Content at any time, such as deleting video footage that violates the regulatory clauses outlined within these Terms. However, our platform bears no formal legal obligation to actively monitor every single piece of user-generated content uploaded to our ecosystem. You retain sole full legal accountability for all Your Content you publish onto the Zuno platform.
  • Advertising Consent: You provide formal consent for Zuno to display commercial advertising placements across all platform Services as a mandatory condition for granting you unlimited free access to video browsing and content-sharing functional tools.

4. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

  • Full Legal Liability for Content: You carry complete legal liability for every piece of Your Content you publish onto the Zuno platform. You must ensure that your uploaded material does not infringe upon any third-party legal rights — including copyright protections for background audio tracks featured within your video clips and registered trademark assets — or violate any applicable local or national legislation, such as defamation statutes and obscenity regulatory rules.
  • Prohibited Upload Content: You are forbidden from uploading or distributing media material that qualifies as illegal, physically harmful, discriminatory (based on racial identity, gender classification, religious belief and other legally protected personal characteristics), graphically violent, sexually explicit, or content that encourages online harassment, human exploitation or illegal criminal conduct. This prohibition extends to video footage depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), hate speech rhetoric or recorded footage of illegal criminal acts in progress.
  • Violation Reporting Protocol: You may flag illegal or inappropriate published media content, such as violent video recordings, through our built-in in-app reporting tool or by sending an email to our official service inbox: [email protected]. Our team retains full authority to delete violating content assets and suspend or terminate user accounts following confirmed breaches of these Terms provisions.

5. User Data Privacy

Your personal privacy is a core priority for our platform’s operational team. Our official Privacy Policy, linked within the Zuno mobile application, details comprehensive regulatory guidelines governing our collection, utilization and distribution of your personal data within the framework of our video-focused platform Services. By accessing any Zuno platform offerings, you deliver full informed consent to every data handling practice outlined inside that Privacy Policy document.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

You are banned from engaging in any of the following behavioral activities while using Zuno’s Services:

  • Harassing, issuing threats, intimidating or impersonating other registered platform users. Specific examples include posting abusive hostile comments on other creators’ uploaded video content and falsely adopting another individual’s legal identity.
  • Tampering with the platform’s native security defense mechanisms, bypassing official access control restrictions, or deploying automated scripted tools such as bot programs to scrape video metadata, artificially inflate video view count metrics or disrupt normal stable platform operational workflows.
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious software programs, bulk spam messaging or illegal prohibited media material including child sexual abuse content (CSAM) via any channel within our platform Services.
  • Using Zuno’s platform functionality for commercial revenue-generating activities without prior formal written authorization issued by our administrative team. Examples include selling physical consumer goods via video comment sections and advertising external third-party service offerings.
  • Violating third-party intellectual property legal protections, such as uploading video clips incorporating copyrighted musical audio tracks without valid licensing authorization, or circumventing digital rights management (DRM) protective security systems integrated into our platform.
  • Participating in money laundering schemes, fraudulent deceptive operations or exploitative conduct targeting vulnerable individuals. This blanket prohibition covers all activities involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which our platform enforces under an absolute zero-tolerance regulatory framework.

Zero-Tolerance Child Safety Rule

Zuno maintains an uncompromising zero-tolerance stance toward all instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) circulating on our platform. Immediately submit formal violation reports upon identifying suspected prohibited material. Our team will fully remove all related content assets, suspend or permanently restrict the associated user account, and deliver complete cooperative support to official law enforcement authorities throughout all investigative proceedings.

7. Copyright Policy

Zuno fully respects all legally recognized intellectual property rights held by content creators and rights holders. If you hold a good-faith belief that any media content published on Zuno, such as a creator-submitted video clip, infringes your registered copyright ownership rights, submit a formal written infringement notification to [email protected] that contains every piece of information listed below:

  • Your physical handwritten signature or legally valid electronic digital signature.
  • A detailed description of the copyrighted work you allege has been infringed.
  • Exact location details for the infringing media material, including full video URL hyperlinks or in-app page access pathway information.
  • Your complete contact information: full legal name, residential mailing address, active telephone contact number and functional email address.
  • A formal sworn statement, subject to statutory perjury penalties under applicable local law, affirming you hold an authentic good-faith belief that the relevant media material’s publication lacks valid legal authorization from the copyright’s registered owner, their designated legal representative or governing regulatory legislation.

Registered users found repeatedly committing verified copyright infringement violations risk permanent termination of their Zuno platform user accounts.

8. Account Administration Rules

  • Account Security Obligation: You bear full individual responsibility for safeguarding all login credentials linked to your registered user account, such as maintaining strict password confidentiality. You are prohibited from sharing your account login access information or logging into your Zuno account through unauthorized third-party auxiliary software tools.
  • Account Usage Restrictions: You may not register multiple duplicate user accounts unless explicitly permitted via official platform administrative guidelines, sell or transfer full ownership rights to your Zuno user account, or reactivate accounts previously disabled due to confirmed policy violations.
  • Unauthorized Access Reporting: If you detect any indicators of unauthorized account intrusion activity, such as unknown unprompted video material uploaded to your account without your personal action, immediately notify our platform support team by sending an email message to [email protected].

9. Content Moderation & Review Mechanisms

  • Automated Detection + Human Moderation: Zuno deploys two parallel review systems: automated content detection software engineered to identify violent or sexually explicit video material, and trained human professional moderators to screen all published platform content for regulatory policy violations. Nevertheless, our platform cannot guarantee 100% perfect accuracy when identifying every single category of prohibited media material uploaded by users.
  • User Reporting System: You may mark inappropriate published media content including harmful video footage and bulk spam comment threads through our native in-app violation reporting tool. Our internal moderation team targets full completion of all submitted violation reviews within a 24-hour processing window, and may delete confirmed violating content assets or impose temporary/permanent user account suspension restrictions following verified policy breaches.

10. In-App Purchases & Payment Terms

If Zuno rolls out optional premium functional modules or virtual digital consumer products in the future — examples include ad-free uninterrupted video streaming access and exclusive locked trending video content unlock privileges:

  • Price Transparency: All pricing figures will be clearly and visibly displayed to users prior to completion of any purchase transaction. Every monetary payment processing operation will be managed by authorized external third-party payment service providers, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • General Non-Refund Policy: Excluding scenarios mandated by applicable consumer protection legislation such as European Union consumer regulatory standards, all fully completed purchase transactions are final and non-eligible for monetary refunds. All subscription service packages activate automatic recurring billing cycles unless you submit a formal subscription cancellation request via your mobile application store account no less than twenty-four calendar hours before the next scheduled billing cycle activation date. Formal subscription cancellation does not entitle you to monetary refunds for unused portions of the active premium service subscription period.
  • EU Consumer Rights: Users residing within European Union member jurisdictions may submit formal full monetary refund requests for subscription service packages within fourteen calendar days of completing their purchase transaction. This refund eligibility is conditional upon the user never accessing or utilizing any premium platform functional tools throughout that fourteen-day eligibility window.

11. Mobile Data Charges

You carry full financial responsibility for all cellular mobile data usage charges, text messaging service fees and additional telecommunications service expenses incurred while accessing Zuno’s platform Services, such as streaming video content or uploading video footage via cellular mobile network connectivity. Consult your local telecommunications service provider for complete detailed information regarding data rate pricing schedules and billing structures.

12. Anti-Slavery & Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Zuno enforces a blanket prohibition covering every form of human enslavement, human trafficking and exploitative conduct targeting vulnerable individuals. Submit formal reports of suspected violation incidents via our official email service address [email protected]. Our administrative team will conduct thorough formal investigative reviews, delete all associated policy-violating media content assets and deliver complete cooperative support to relevant official law enforcement authorities throughout all investigative proceedings.

13. Anti-Fraud & Compliance Measures

  • Scam Prevention Guidance: Do not transmit monetary funds, disclose confidential financial credential information such as credit card account details, or engage in suspicious financial transaction arrangements with other registered platform users. Report all verified scam incidents, such as other users requesting monetary payments via video public comment sections, to our official service inbox at [email protected].
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Zuno may request submission of official government-issued identity verification documentation to satisfy mandatory anti-money laundering statutory regulatory requirements. Refusal or failure to supply the requested identity validation materials may result in temporary suspension of your full platform account access privileges.

14. Service Modifications & Account Termination

  • Service Adjustment Authority: Zuno retains full discretionary authority to launch new functional modules such as integrated in-app video editing tools, remove pre-existing platform functionality, temporarily suspend all platform service access or fully discontinue every Zuno platform offering at any moment, with or without delivering prior advance user notification. Our team will implement reasonable practical measures to notify registered users of major core service operational alterations. One key example is permanent removal of foundational video-sharing platform functionality.
  • Account Suspension & Termination Authority: Our platform administrative team may temporarily suspend or fully terminate your registered user account and revoke all your authorized access rights to every platform Service for confirmed breaches of these Terms provisions, prolonged periods of complete account inactivity or verified harmful user behavioral conduct, with or without delivering prior advance written notification. Upon official account termination, you will forfeit all authorized access privileges to every platform functional tool, including your personal uploaded video media content and any purchased premium service entitlement packages if applicable to your account.

15. Indemnification

You formally agree to indemnify, provide complete legal defense representation for, and hold Zuno, its affiliated corporate entities, board directors, full-time staff employees and authorized third-party agents fully legally harmless against all filed legal claims, compensatory damage awards, liability obligations, administrative operating costs and legal professional expenditures (covering attorney service fees in full) arising from your utilization of Zuno’s platform Services, any instance of Your Content you publish onto the platform such as copyright infringement legal lawsuits filed in response to your uploaded video footage, or any verified breach of individual provisions outlined within these Terms.

16. Disclaimers of Warranty

  • As-Is Service Provision: Every Zuno platform Service offering is delivered to users on an “as is” and “as available” basis without issuing any form of express or implied warranty of any legal classification or description. Our platform does not guarantee uninterrupted stable service access, error-free flawless video playback performance, or absolute factual accuracy and safety standards for all user-generated media content published across our ecosystem.
  • No Liability for Third-Party Content: Zuno bears no formal legal liability for offensive, illegal or deliberately misleading media content posted by other registered platform users, including harmful video recordings and false deceptive public comment text submissions. You access all user-submitted platform media content entirely at your own independent personal risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

Zuno and all its contracted cooperative partner corporate entities shall not be held legally accountable for indirect, consequential or punitive compensatory damage awards of any classification. Our total cumulative maximum aggregate liability cap applicable to all filed legal claims shall equal whichever monetary value is higher between one hundred United States Dollars (USD 100) or the full total monetary amount you have remitted as payment to Zuno within the preceding twelve consecutive calendar months.

18. Binding Arbitration Agreement

  • Dispute Resolution Framework: The vast majority of legal conflicts arising between you and Zuno must be resolved through formal binding arbitration proceedings rather than civil court litigation hearings, administered via a mutually pre-agreed arbitration forum such as USIETAC, conducted in full compliance with that forum’s official procedural rulebook guidelines.
  • Class Action Waiver: Every individual dispute must be submitted for separate independent arbitration proceedings. Consolidated multi-party joint legal claims and class-action lawsuit filings are strictly prohibited under this contractual agreement.
  • Opt-Out Right: You may formally elect to opt out of this binding arbitration regulatory clause within thirty calendar days following your very first instance of platform Service usage. To do so, send a formal written opt-out notification to Zuno’s administrative team via email transmission to [email protected] or physical postal mailing address displayed within the Zuno mobile application, containing your full legal name, registered account email address and an unambiguous clear statement confirming your intentional opt-out from the arbitration clause provisions.

19. Intellectual Property Statement

All video media content uploaded by registered platform users onto the Zuno ecosystem must qualify as fully original creative works independently produced by the uploading user themselves. Each uploading creator shall hold complete, independent legal intellectual property ownership rights covering but not limited to copyright ownership, trademark rights, patent ownership protections and trade secret legal safeguards applicable to that uploaded media material. Registered users are prohibited from uploading or publishing any media content assets that infringe upon third-party intellectual property legal rights, including but not limited to unauthorized copying, creative adaptation, reprocessing and clip editing of externally protected video footage, audio recordings, written text manuscripts and photographic image files owned by external copyright holders. Once such verified infringing media content is identified by our platform moderation team, Zuno holds the immediate legal right to permanently delete the violating media assets, and reserves full authority to pursue complete legal liability against the responsible uploading user. If Zuno incurs measurable financial monetary losses as a direct resulting consequence of the verified infringing conduct, the relevant responsible user shall bear full complete financial compensation liability for every loss sustained by our platform.

20. Governing Law

Every individual clause contained within these Terms shall be governed exclusively by the statutory civil laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-laws legal interpretive principles and frameworks.

21. Severability

If any single distinct clause contained within these Terms receives a formal legal ruling deeming that clause legally unenforceable by a competent judicial authority, that individual clause shall be severed and fully removed from the binding contractual agreement, while all remaining unmodified provisions shall retain full legal validity and binding contractual force.

22. Supplementary Terms

Specific platform functional modules such as official creator monetization reward programs may carry separate supplementary specialized service regulatory terms. These supplementary clause documents will be displayed to users upon their initial access to the relevant platform functional tool, and will transform into legally binding integrated components of this core contractual agreement upon your formal acceptance of those supplementary provisions.

23. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, combined with our official Privacy Policy and any supplementary specialized functional feature terms, supersede every prior oral or informal written contractual arrangement established between you and Zuno’s administrative team.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: This formal contractual agreement does not confer any enforceable legal entitlement rights upon external third-party individuals or entities, including other registered Zuno platform users.
  • Non-Waiver: A single instance where Zuno’s administrative team elects not to enforce a specific clause outlined within these Terms does not constitute a permanent legal waiver of our platform’s full right to enforce that identical clause in all future verified policy violation scenarios.
  • Assignment Restriction for Users: You lack formal authorization to assign or transfer your contractual rights established under these Terms without receiving prior formal written approval issued directly by Zuno’s administrative team. Zuno retains unlimited full discretionary authority to freely assign and transfer all its own contractual rights and legal obligations established under this binding agreement.
  • English Version Priority: In scenarios where interpretive contradictions emerge between translated localized language versions of these Terms of Service, the original official English language written text shall hold absolute priority as the sole legally controlling authoritative version.
